January and February we have seen the sale of one home and one lot in the Foremaster and East Ridge subdivisions. The home sold was a foreclosed property.
During the past year (Feb 28 2011 until Feb 29, 2012) there were 9 homes sold in the two subdivisions with a total of over $2.6 million in total sales. The average sold price for that time period was posted by the Washington Count MLS at $336,488. Actually, the subdivisions saw a large span all the way from the lower $200s up to almost $600K depending on the finishes, quality, and views of the home.
The Selling price of the six sold lots in the subdivisions were not all reported to the MLS so the amount paid for the sold lots is a bit more sketchy. Most lots reported varied from 55K to 170K, the view lots capturing the highest value.
HOMES AND LOTS LISTED FOR SALE
There are currently 12 homes actively listed on the Washington County MLS varying in asking price from $269,900 to $649,000.
Lots for sale are listed from $69,900 to $399,900 and there are 72 of them currently for sale!
